“I felt Jane saved us a lot of time, by eliminating properties that may have looked good to the outside observer, but had an issue she knew we would not want to deal with. In our original search starting in July, Jane was out of the office (vacation). she did have another agent show us a home we were interested in. ( sorry but I don't remember that agent's name). She was very nice, (especially since she literally was being nice by taking up her own time to show a house with no prospect of getting any benefit from it). Front desk person was very nice and always seemed to be smiling.”
